Los Angeles / Sacramento - The Speaker's Commission on State / Local Government Fianance, empowered by Speaker Emeritus of the Assembly, Antonio Villaraigosa, and in partnership with the Metropolitan Forum Project, has established a Web site to facilitate public outreach and education.
